Only thing out today was an announcement that the options granted to directors at $3.44 or so a couple of weeks ago were cancelled (read "repriced at a lower amount"). Said options now in the money at $3.09 and valid for five years.

Would anyone care to call the company and ask them if the options were repriced because they don't believe the share price will get high enough above $3.44 to make the exercise worthwhile?
