It's no longer about health care reform... it's about destroying Obama at all costs.

The lies and scare tactics are gaining traction. Obama needs to take the gloves off - like go on Fox and confront his most rabid critics one on one and prove them liars to their faces.

A president needs to command respect - and sometimes fear - to be effective.
