Johnny: You can always access quotes in your portfolio by clicking portfolio button in "express server". I think express server is absolutely the best solution, at least for now. As a matter of fact, it was the only server worked for me on Tues. and Wed. morning.

My suggestion would be to provide a TCP/IP application for Datek traders to duplicate the functionality of the Web site without all the HTML overhead. DLJDirect (formerly PCFN) has this and its great.

Another possibility would be to support AT&T's new PocketNet IP cellular terminals. I have a quote terminal (Airbroker) based on the same network and it works 98% of the time.
