I wondered about that as well...maybe skinowski would know...Really, when I read that piece, the whole thing made me mad again.

HOW DARE our Congress (and all their little pencil slinging know-not-much's put any of that on paper, let alone expect anyone to read it....)

And Congress is "so busy," and have not too much brain power so "they can't be expected (they say) to read any bill," that we need to insist whatever bill is written, to be written not only in English, but in simple, declarative sentences.

Seriously, since we only have journalists in name only in the print and MSM we need some good bloggers to start pointing out some of the facts of the present bill, and the stupid and inarticulate wording to be found there.

It is just NO wonder that our US Budget is so high, and that the actual expenses of Government super exceed the budget by TRILLIONS of dollars.

The Bill, the Budget, and the finished Bills are put together by Court Jesters who, to use Nadine's terminology, are dumb as a bag of rocks.
