Of course the legislation doesn't call it "life or death" decisions.

Of course it doesn't, because they won't do it. But have fun scaring people with it.

When are you going to join the AMA, PhRMA, the nurses association, the insurance lobby and others in endorsing this toothless plan that is great for the business of medicine?

You liked the drug benefit, you should LOVE this.

This is the difference between you and me. I've SEEN private insurance deny payments for treatments that could have saved lives, even now. Without gov't oversight, this will only get worse.
