If health insurance were as easy as designing and manufacturing computer chips, universal health care would be a non-issue.


Which has nothing to do with the point that the major players don't have a vested interest in lowering health care costs.... in fact the opposite.

The rising costs of health care aren't the result of "evil" insurance companies.

I didn't say they were, nor can they be expected to work for lower health care costs.

For example, one of the key supporters of Obamacare, Big Pharma, loves the fact that attention is being diverted from them.

I'm sure they do. And they got off cheap.
