You can sue for wash trading. Noranda did it to V. MacMillan
in 1964.

You can sue for anti-trust.

It has worked before.

There is buying stock and buying stock. Conspiring to fix prices
sounds a bit off in the real life stock support game, but we tend to forget is that there is a line between stock support and swindling.

It may have been crossed.

this makes pretty good sense to me Matt....especially the part about the news media picking it up. IPM is being watched VERY closely. If they had any allegation of fraud we would know more about this in major publications and not just on this thread.
