Eric; I looked at the case, some guy called Bernard Lumbert who is a known flake who does this all the time, uses no lawyer and thus has minimal cost to himself. I suspect that this case can be ignored, but it will cost IPM some money, as they must respond.
You would be wise not to hitch your wagon to Bernie Lumberts horses, as people might just class you with him, a very bad class to be in.
