Wonder how an "independent panel" "outside the normal political channels" would assess his QALY? I'd bet they'd decide its past time to cut our losses on Ted. Oh, I forgot. Congressmen and Senators aren't covered by health care reform.

Remember that big brouhaha with those dealers leaving the C for C program. Well it seems nearly 40% of the applications have been processed. Apparently, those dealers submitted their requests last Friday and were furious when they weren't paid by Monday......OR, they fukked up their applications and have to redo them. It figures!

The agency said it has handled 167,000 of the 457,476 dealer requests for payback submitted as of today. The department, which is administering the $3 billion effort intended to spur new-car sales, didn’t say how many of the processed transactions have been paid out and how many were rejected or sent back to dealers for further information.

Obama's health care reform is missing something. Reform.
