I understood the analogy but disagree on the scale. I have Lake Huron you have a hypodermic needle.

Besides that the impulse that oil business gives to the whole economy as it climbs to 20% of the GDP when today it wanswers for only 5% of the GDP.

That because the country -differently from other producers have a diversified economy. There is a snow ball effect in the overall economy.

I need to find that picture o oil barrel sliced. It shows who takes what from that barrel of pre-salt oil.

For instance now government says the cost is so low that even after rewarding all stake holders they will have too much, thus it wants a bigger slice.
