No one is talking about eggs, where talking about humans. Yes, including humans at the earliest stages of development (zygotes, or more practically at the stage when the woman first learns she is pregnant). So we are talking about her offspring, not her ova.

Whenever an egg is fertilized one can be reasonably assured of a strong likelihood that the mother WILL develop a VERY specific "intent to do harm".

Justice does not call on us to intervene forcefully against people who will likely at some point develop an intent to do harm. It seems you would insist that pro-life people are inconsistent if they don't pass thought crime laws. And not just thought crime (intent to do harm), but precognitive, or speculative thought crime laws (about future but as yet undeveloped intent to do harm).
