Your fund of knowledge is...Wikipedic. ARRA has many provisions which will take some time to affect the economy. It is most assuredly not a direct injection at this minute of nearly $800 bn into the economy. Some of it involves taxes whose effect doesn't show up for some time, some of it is for infrastructure which takes time to plan, contract, execute, etc. I am not sure anyone can say how much of that money has actually been spent. I know you don't have any idea.
