Haim, you are making a fundamental mathematical mistake. You are assuming that people vote according to their intelligence. That's not true, other than to a small extent. <Now take the Gaussian curve and average the 50% below average and you will receive a much smaller number as to those above 50% average - add to it 1% of people that are slightly above average and BINGO the 51% you chose are well below average - those are the tricky issues in Gaussian averaging and Democracy by free vote >

I said "The majority defined in any sensible way will have as many above as below average." The way you choose to define it is not sensible, IMO.
