You can't paint government employees with a broad brush. For many, you're getting more than your money's worth.

Then there are the ones who don't give you your money's worth.

My secretary when I worked in DC was a real multitasker - she'd talk on the phone with a friend, watch a soap opera on the little TV on her desk and somehow manage to get my typing done. All at the same time. Imagine that.

My wife had a secretary at her office (SEC) who called in sick three separate times in a year because she was out having a hysterectomy.

If you are going to talk about it you HAVE to use a broad brush. You can't discuss hundreds of thousands of individuals.

I take you point about the graph.
