i remind i do my best to give views that are NOT influenced by my own wishes--that's an attempted discipline:)(position: i remain 95% cash)

Here is the most common outcome for a rising wedge--the bear outcome.
We are NOT developing that pattern, in fact are threatening a breakout to form a more radical rising wedge.

i include my chart drawn 8/24/2009 that gives my more lenient grounds to turn bearish, but it to has not shown any indication it will happen.

Our pattern has remained solidly bullish, new trend high followed by sideways consolidation, this is just plain BULLISH, giving we are firmly a laddering up pattern.

My chart gives a CRITERIA only for my turning bearish----status (95% cash) but highly favor the Bull Case.
Note my pinkline i drew slightly too high, so need it broken with a clear separation.
