Chinu, a person can't hardly bring a real lawsuit now for real damages. it seems the only things that make are some bs things. my cousin died because her hospital was dirty. my sister can not live a normal live because the doctors fakked up. no lawsuits. but if they'd been brought, it was said by lawyers they would have lost. but would they have been frivilous? you are buying, I'm afraid, the republican line about this lawsuit nonsense. show me numbers and not a couple of outlier frivilous cases. ya know, when they go on about tort reform, they never produce numbers. it is incumbent upon them to do so since it is their issue.
