Jim: Hey, good thinking! 99 months and 99 days per month might be a terrific solution. Don't know what we'd do about Leap Years, but that's just a minor detail to be worked out over time.

Gosh, do you think this is where Star Trek's "StarDates" originated? After all, Star Trek is in the future. Maybe the powers that be finally gave up on the Year 2000 bug and just converted the world over to StarDates as part of a forward looking program to standardize the Universe. Yeah ... that must be it.

I kinda' like the idea of selling FBN-Calc that is a pocket held calculator that figures mortgage rates, converts Celsius to Centigrade, and determines the Gregorian date of 41/82/99. We could sell millions. Actually, more than that. One each for every person in the entire world! And for those who continually lose things, we'd be selling replacement units. Better yet, how about selling them with a short-lived battery. A battery that is unique to the FBN-Calc, and that can only be purchased through FBN subsidiaries. We'll have to patent it, of course, to make sure that no other freeloading manufacturers can duplicate it. Or, just make FBN-Calc disposable, so that when the battery runs out, you have to buy a new one.

I just love this tech industry. So many opportunities ....
