If we went into Iraq because he was a Ruthless Dictator then we should have just IGNORED Iraq and gone into N. Korea or Myanmar because they've killed MILLIONS of people in those places.

Depending on how you assign responsibility for various deaths it could be argued that Saddam also killed millions.

In any case the argument that intervention in Iraq was justified because of the evils of Saddam, doesn't imply that we should invade any country with a similar or greater amount of evil from the government. Justification does not equal requirement, Saddam's oppression wasn't the only justification, and generally the circumstances are different in different countries.
