Well, Peter, I'm sorry but them's the facts. I said in an earlier post tonight that the Chinese system would probably be BEST right now for the U.S. Capital would RULE and the workers be "damned". Of course, that would mean that you wouldn't be able to "bitch and moan" when they built a textile plant next door to ya. It would all be for the GOOD of the economy. Right now, we could REALLY use a better electrical grid. But THAT would mean placing some electrical towers on private property. It would spoil the view for many. It would affect their property rights and they aren't even POOR people! YOU want the "good old US of A back" but you don't want it to bother YOU.
