Dear Larry,

I am amoungst the weary (2 a.m. e.s.t.). Is all this aggrivation with ASND really worth it? Is there a light at the end of the rainbow. The thread says: "Insider trading"--"Weak Product Lines"--"Takeover Potentials." How is a trader suppose to make any sense out of all this shit. Would someone please post something concrete as to the future of the "Decsending" or "Asending" company we all jabber about. Better yet, someone get Joe Kernan on the line tommorrow or any one of those ramblers and get them to give us there analysis of ASND. Maybe this would help eliminate so much NOISE.

It's a pleasure reading your posts.

Sincerely,

James A. Venooker

Larry,

COMS shows considerable insider selling during the same
time-frame as ASND:

10/29 Stephen Johnson 10,000 shares
10/28 John McCartner 100,000 shares at 4,850,000 = 48.5/sh
10/28 Ross Manire 100,000 shares at 5,087,500 = 50.9/sh
10/16 Casey Cowell 40,000 shares at 2,088,568 = 52.2/sh
(there are other, earlier trades, I didn't post)

An earlier post had said to look at premerger insider trading
of both acquiring and acquired companies.

I found two CSCO trades (25,000 on 10/6 and another 5,000
on 9/29, both by Edward Kozel), certainly not as similar to
the ASND pattern as is COMS.

I found no LU trades in the past month.

I agree this stock even in the 6-12 month period is worth more on its own then a takeover. If they get back their sales and earning momentum which could happen easily.
