Hi kw--thanks for the report. I'm looking for a weak open Thursday, too. S&P futures -11.60, Naz futures -11.50, both well below cash value. Personally, I think it's time for the US markets to stop following Asia and start taking resolving their own technicals, but I'm no global economist.

I'm looking at TXN puts to fill in yesterday's huge gap, then longterm call position at a better entry level. Also ABF puts and FDX puts to fulfill short-term bearish candlesticks. ABF may also sell on good earnings news, unless the news was TOO good. Also looking to short the SPX.

Does anyone know if there's an official location to send complaints about the inaccessibility of brokerage accts Tue morning?

I don't think you'll get much joy barking up that tree, but maybe someone else has a suggestion. I'd complain to the brokerag if I were you.

Hey Spokes,

Kevin, you might find this interesting. Some brokerages compensating for botched trades.

biz.yahoo.com

It's probably up to the brokerage though. There is likely some clause in the pile of agreements you have to sign to open an account that absolves them of responsibility of everything.

Raised cash yesterday. I'll enter some lowball gtk orders for klic.

Hope you are well.
