Good morning Brad, Thanks for the reply and the tips. I know I won't get anywhere complaining to ETrade or Fidelity about getting to my acct - no trade, no harm, no foul - all they can do is increase capacity. I was wondering if there was a web site set up for logging complaints to show the magnitude of the problem (yeah, I'm dreaming). I believe the magnitude of the problem is known, I'd just like a place to vent my frustrations. Good luck today. kw.
