Does anyone know how many people are on the board of directors? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- DOBBS FERRY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 1997--Finger/Matrix Inc. (NASDAQ EBB:FINX) Thursday reported the resignation of Seth M. Lukash from its board of directors. In a letter to Thomas T. Harding, president, Lukash said that because of his duties as president of Tridex Corp. and his other business interests, he is no longer able to give the Finger/Matrix board the time a directorship requires.
