Ron,

I agree that Ken is probably trying to manage expectations, but there must be reason that he said it the way he did. I hope he elaborates on that statement during the conference call.

Ken's comment on expecting lower revenues for the 4th doesn't surprise me.

1.) Ken wants to pursue the SAN market and we've come to realize that major developments there, if any, are 6 to 9 months away.

2.) Revenue contributions from the major Hucom implementation they have reported on is slowing down.

Unless we get another major network project sold, where will significant revenue increases come from in the next 2 or 3 quarters?

Have we heard from the company on the "Manhattan Project" which we believed to be a key project?

What did surprise me, other than more allowances for product returns, was the way in which the Boeing project was worded: "Ancor delivered equipment to Boeing to be evaluated for use in the upgrade of information systems onboard AWACS reconnaissance planes."

What, "evaluated for use"? Does this mean if they don't like the evaluation we can expect a $500,000 product return? At least this statement does limit the 'evaluation' to systems onboard the AWACS. That is more than what we knew from Cal last conference call in which he was unable to say whether it was for systems on the ground or in the air.
