<<He mentions the illegal aliens. Where's the lie in that? They are talking about giving coverage to all the illegal aliens.>>

Doesn't everyone understand that we are already giving coverage to illegal aliens?
They, and anyone else without insurance, show up in the ER, the MD on call has to take on the case, they get treated and there is no recourse to bill them because they usually don't even have a valid address. Those that do end up filing for bankruptcy. So, you pay for them with higher premiums to cover the higher charges hospitals have to bill to cover the droves of "No Pays" out there. You are already picking up the tab for the "No Pays" in an inefficient, cost transferring system that is going to implode if there is no change anyway.
Yeah, that's the ticket, lets not do anything and just let the whole system break down, which is what is going to happen as the "No Pays" become ever more numerous, as deductibles go to the stratosphere, as businesses decide they just can't afford the higher and higher premiums.
What planet do you live on if you think the system is working for the majority of people?
It works for the thin slice of America that have their premiums paid for by businesses due to the huge subsidy of no taxation. Then there is the large percentage on Medicare. They actually have it pretty good. BUT WAIT A MINUTE, that is government run single payer system those f#cking communist senior citizen bastards.
