Ice correct me if I'm wrong, didn't they take a substantial write down
earlier this year to cover any additional returns.I am sure I heard it right from Lee Lewis in an earlier conference call.I suppose writedowns are going to occor every quarter with Ancor,do the quarterly numbers really mean anything or should the revenue figures be taken as a nbarometer for future writedowns?I really don't know anymore. Mike

<<Nice call as always Kerry.>>

Kerry, Craig(s), and All,

Is it possible that the "presentations" that ANCOR gave to investment firms painted the picture that we know NOW... which has led to the 12->8->??? decline. And... that though most thought these presentations would have "immediate share price impact" it will be "Second Quarter '98 or beyond impact?"

The future keeps looking brighter and brighter as the stock price goes lower and lower (amazing phenomenon).

It is my "amateur" analysis/feeling that the forward looking earnings projection is an effort to reduce expectations (i.e. "the lawsuit factor")... but THE STREET will most certainly communicate it's dislike today, unless there are "tangible" favorable Press Releases and a positive Conference Call.

Just thoughts...

VR,
Wayne
