TokyoMex,
This is the first sign I have seen that you are a nasty person. Where did that come from. I think I will forward this to Jill and ask that you be suspended from SI. As for your comments, obviously OVIS and TPRO have nothing in common. TPRO is a solid company and OVIS is a scam of a company that I happened to get very lucky with. As for market makers, they can short but at the end of the day, their position is flat. If you see a short position on a company, it is investors, not market makers. With respect to my alleged ignorance, I don't know what you do for a living but I am an attorney and a certified public accountant and have done pretty well for myself both professionally and investing so your claim that I am ignorant seems to be questionable and mean spirited. I think that you owe me an apology.
To everyone else, sorry to take up space with personal items.

Joe,

Using the pricing model on the CD that you obtained the other day,
according to my rough calcualtions, TOPRO can show earnings on the order of $.20 - $.25 for the quarter that we are presently in on just the CD sales alone, provided they can sell approx 200 CDs per month at 17k per pop.

Under the circumstances, this may be a very realistic goal. Using the following rough calculations I come up with:
200CD X $17,000= $ 3,400,000.00 x 3 mo = $10,200,000.00 for quarter gross rev.
Calculate 80% margin = $8,160,000.00 less 40% tax = $4,896,000.00 net
divided by 21,000,000 shrs = $.23 quarterly earnings per shr.

These calculations represent one possible scenario only in the total schema of possibilities and are my opinion only.

Best Wishes,

Gerry

PS. Keep up the great posts
