Hank,

Compaq is coming back now, but I don't have a quote from Dell yet, most likely it will be back soon too.

Folks, just remain calm. We may have a big slide tomorrow, but it should rebound on Monday. Tomorrow is the deadline for fund managers to sell to pay for distributions. Then next week we'll have the investor's forum and then Comdex, the week after. That should boost the tech stocks, especially since the fund selling will be over. Keep in mind I did say a long time ago that there would be a lot of selling pressure at the end of October, and we're seeing it right now.

Meanwhile, I'm going to put in more limit orders for some cheap options to catch the falling prices tomorrow. I can't quantify any of this, but I would not be surprised if there is a steep drop tomorrow. That's the nice thing about cheap options. When you only use a small part of your money, you never worry.
