William, just curious--do you have a guess on how "steep" this potential drop might be?

William:
In regard to your limit $ 1/2 Dell options, I have plotted the Dell 95 option price vs stock price for the past 5 days.
It appears that Dell would have to drop below 70 to get the 95's
although a market quirk or fast sell-off might get them.
I hope you get them, but I am planning to also include orders at a bit higher price , say around $ 1, as the minimun price I saw yet was $1 7/8.
BTW, the 15 Dell puts I bought a few days ago to set a floor
under Dell profits have doubled in value. Being new to puts I really
don't quite know what to do with them, but they are doing the planned job of off-setting some paper stock losses, so guess I will keep them until the air clears up a bit.
