TJ, they do seem to be like crazed heroin addicts needing another hit. Heck, they are as bad as chilled Starbucks dark Frappucino drinkers needing a fix on a hot day. They seem to have had the zeros detach from reality and they can't figure out what the numbers actually mean in terms of hours of work to dig a fibre trench or weld a CDMA circuit board together.
