Main ingredient missing for that month trip was lack of strenuous 8k nightly walk.. the lack of which I'm sure had a negative effect..

There you go. Plus, are you over a 25 BMI?

I have run into a bit of a problem this last week. My pulse started getting quite high, over 125, and that's scary. I suspect it was caused by my taking the Androgel to raise my Testosterone level. I haven't liked the side effects from taking it anyway, [insomnia] so I quit taking it and switched to my old beta blocker, Atenolol. It brought my pulse down below 100 immediately.

Saw the Doc yesterday and got an electrocardiograph done. I will go back in Monday to see where I am at. No symptoms, I caught the pulse raise when I was checking my BP.
