Elmat, that is one hell of a big order.

Any rumors as to which Brazilian shipbuilder has the capacity, connections and financing to give it an inside track to that first order?

I would expect leaks on that large an award so maybe whatever stock jumps during the negotiating period will be the chosen one.

Is there a list of publicly traded Brazilian shipbuilders?

Why is Lula in such a big hurry to pump Brazil dry? Why not stretch it out more slowly for long-term prosperity?
