That announcement has been known since the questions arose about his birth.

A newspaper announcement of as I recall about a half inch is not substantive enough to document his having the right to be a candidate for President or being POTUS.

Its well known already. His grandparents could have called it in. But say you are right, that may put that issue to rest. But there is still his father's actual nationality and O's status after he was adopted and moved to Indonesia.

And though certainly not anywhere near the magnitude of offensiveness, any right wingers who espouses a belief in it will get the van jones treatment

that happens automatically when a hospital issues a cert of birth, and anyone can get a cert of birth for some one. You can even call one in
