I assume you mean few people "out there.
There was a lot of chatter about it on this thread a while pack. Mostly in the context of making insurance portable across state lines. The discussion "out there" has generally been favoring a federal limitation on states' ability to exclude the national sale of policies that don't meet individual state requirements. While that has an unfortunate anti-federalist twist, I think it would be extremely helpful in cutting costs and in making policy holders less vulnerable to changes in their job status.
