Are any of Ducon's patents incorporated in Cemtrex's products? As a layman, I certainly can't decipher them completely; but it looks like what Cemtrex is doing. Also, what are the details of the reverse split? I'm guessing 95% of the time they are done for the wrong reasons; however, I have no problem with a reverse if it is done for the right reason, e.g., CHNG's reverse.
