Tim, we don't really KNOW if he made a mistake. We'll probably NEVER know for sure either way how these things will affect the country in the longterm. What we DO seem to know is that the country has avoided a MUCH more serious downturn because of the actions the government has taken. HISTORICALLY if you have a LOT of money and power you don't want to change things any more than necessary. If you don't have ANY money or power you want to see things get shuffled up as much as possible.
