Kumar...you say that PC sales are booming.....the last I heard was that year over year unit sales were up 16%...that is actually lower than the previous few years. As far as margins, we all have read that the sub $1000 PC's are getting alot of action...therefore year over year dollar sales are probably lower than 16%. In a booming enocomy and rock bottom prices for PC's is not very comforting that unit sales are only 16% higher over last year. I'd think it would be alot higher. What has to happen to improve PC's sales growth??

As far as over capacity...margins at TSMC and UMC are dropping, I suspect that it is because there is enough capacity out there and customers are demanding lower rates. In times of low capacity...the foundry's set the prices and get high margins.
