Everybody is focused on the effects on DSC.

Can anyone answer this question for me. Why would the private owners of Celcore sell this company to DSC for DSC stock if it's a bad investment?

I don't know, MOT is pretty tight with Siemans for GSM switches. The Cellcore switch has always been portrayed as a solution for small networks, so I doubt MOT is all that interested. I don't remember whose base stations Cellcore works with, but I seem to remember they use Siemans GSM base stations in the networks they provide.
