However, they do want the latest that technology has developed in: Harvesters that will swath a strip of wheat wide enough for an airplane to land on......Spud diggers that will pick up a dozen rows at one pass......mechanized grape picking machines.....the latest in irrigation equipment.....and Tractors with air conditioning. They don't want technology???? Technology has increased their productivity to the point where, surely, they can pay their hired help a living wage. "But I will also tell you that some of the agricultural regions don't want technology and factories in their area"
