No, Im' not sure. I screwed up the ratio, otherwise I was right.

Short interest ratio is calcualted by dividing the normal daily volume by the number of shares short. I calcualted the reciprical.

The short interest ratio actually went from 1/9 to 1/4 or from 0.11 to 0.25, both below 1.0. Historicallly SIRs ( which are normally calculated mid month by dividing current short shares by the average daily volume over the previous four weeks) above 1.5 are considered bullish and those below 1.0 as somewhat bearish.

although the numbers we used (1/9 and 1/4) moved in the bullish direction, they are in a bearinsh range, generally.
