This feels a lot like 2003

2003 was the start of the great housing bubble and consumer paradise via housing equity extraction. Do you expect a repeat of that in the next few years?

I think we have a 3 or so year reflation cycle ahead of us.

it's one thing to have a big rally after a horrible 2008, but big further upside? good luck with that. not something i will be betting on. to me it seems the risk of another cr*sh is too high. i will gladly give up whatever upside this rally goes to, to sit on the sidelines and wait for better entry.

I suggest that people enjoy life while they can
