Do you want to talk about foreign policy or do you want to talk about domestic health care policy. Because there is no connection between the two.

You are offering false choices.

Seems to me no one has denied treatment for sick kids so that missiles can be based in Poland.

The current health care debate itself is not about providing for sick kids. There are already expensive programs in place for that.

If your real point is to support Obama's agenda on healthcare, then you have to defend why we need to scrap the whole healthcare system to the tune of trillions just to address what has now been estimated as 30 million uninsured, which is less than ten per cent of the population.

As I also pointed out to you today, why not express some of your fiscal concerns to the politicians who insist on outrageous pork spending as well as the purchase of planes and airports for the use of elected officials?

Sometimes defense expenditures have to be undertaken whether we like it or not. Buying Murtha an airport is something we can easily do without. So too can be jettisoned the multi-millions they want to spend for signs to advertise the expenditure of stimulus funds.

There are plenty more examples of wasteful government spending.

And how come you're aren't worried about expenditures in Afghanistan? Obama has only taken an interest there because of his decision during the campaign that that is the "right" war.
Do you think that money is being well spent in that theater when Obama himself hasn't even committed to an interest in victory?

Where else, besides defense, would you cut the budget to pay for sick kids medicine?

Not sure how you extrapolated asking a few questions into a personal attack? And I do admit I am a bit curious since I've never seen you post on this thread.......or anywhere for that matter. I hate to stereotype people based on so little information. That was the purpose of my inquiry.

As long as you don't ask me to disclose my weight........I'm open for questions too.

Of course I'll respond:

Your argument doesn't make sense. American children without individual coverage are covered by CHIP. You can find all sorts of information on line.
