Since the Republicrooks have been using race as one of the arrows in their quiver since 1968 (Nixon's "Southern Strategy"), it is hard to call a "rude" statement to a black President by a Republicrook anything but racist. Obama wants to get past racism and put it in the history books, but he knows better. I think the Swiss Bank example is a stretch for your point. The bank is simply faster at coming up with scams than our govt. is at catching them. They've just caught on to the pillaging of German Jews' accounts, so, let's say they are about 64 years behind on taking measures against Swiss crooks.
