That is fine for the 85 year old women to hold onto her religion and not believe in evolution. I am Ok with that. It is not OK for a presidential candiate to not understand that evolution is a fact, like half the Republican presidential condidates said during the last election. If one is unable to understand evolution, they are simply not qualified to be president. Period. It has to do with a level of intellectual functioning and the president has to be among the smartest and most informed of us, not among the most ignorant.
