"God's judgment, (based on the Law) would not apply to someone who has not broken the Law so anyone who has not broken the Law (including children) has nothing to worry about."

I mentioned tabula rasa as a metaphor for moral innocence and sinlessness--as in stainless from immoral deeds.

The suggestion that these people are being given a fair opportunity to overcome ignorance or misunderstanding is conveniently scornful. As I said, it is like failing to prevent an accident where the bridge is out. It is irresponsible and reckless and shows a complete disregard for human life and the frailty of humanity. I am sure that only human beings completely lacking in conscience would fail to save this suffering man's family if there was any action they could take to educate their understanding and correct their ignorance. They obviously DID NOT understand that eternal torment and torture was being prepared for them or they would not have continued to believe in some other books or writings. So why condemn people to Hell for holding honest and sincere beliefs???

"God knows a man's heart"

Apparently. That is why he chose to save a sinner like Noah and then later the devil, Lot?? Really showing Godly brainpower and Godly heart by saving these two sick wretches, eh??

"These people lived their lives as Jews: claimed the Law of Moses as their own: and then broke that Law both actively, (by doing that which was prohibited) and passively (by failing to do that which the Law prescribed). That makes them Criminals by any rational definition.

"LOL! Leaving aside (for the moment) the fact that these "laws" were primitive superstitious rituals which are an embarrassment to any civilized human being...the passage says nothing about breaking any laws, The rich man was rich. Many of the biblical heroes were rich. Which law of Moses did he break? and which law did he evade?? Quote, please...
