Earlier, you posted some observations regarding CPQ's quarterly report. I've lost the link, so forgive me if I'm repeating some of what you said. Compaq reported unit growth of 56% and revenue growth of 31% compared to the same quarter a year ago. Presumably, the much faster growth in unit sales compared to revenue indicates a significant shift in the product mix toward lower end machines. What I find interesting is that the COGS as a percent of revenues decreased from 74.7% to 72.6%. Given the general presumption that the cheaper machines have less margin, this leads me to believe that there is no real pricing pressure that I can discern. What are your thoughts?
