The next step is to keep doing what we are doing. Creating awareness. Siskinds will evaluate their chances (of making money) using the number of registrations and average loss per shareholder multiplied by the total number of current shareholders to arrive at an approximate total claim figure while evaluating their chances from a legal standpoint. So, let's NOT bank on Siskinds! For them it's strictly business. They will only get involved if they conclude that they can make money out of this as they will carry the cost of the action and in return likely demand the customary 50% of all monies recovered as their fee.
