James, our market outlooks are really pretty similar. I just think it will be January before we're out of the woods. As for semi's my intention is to buy AMD and IDTI with the proceeeds from put sales (INTC and SPX index). But I need to really pray about when to sell the puts (they are December's) -- semi stocks will probably start moving up before the general market. Petz
