Purchase of another company would be great if it can be done with cash/debt rather than shares. Now if TMex has heard that TPRO is about to buy Rockwell, he's got something to grin about. I do expect TPRO to use acquisitions to leverage their advantage. After all, the last conference call said they were in discussions with 20 companies that had 900 factory sites. TPRO has been very upfront - they intend to use Y2K to grow into a dominant systems integrator. That means growth by acquisition given the time frame and the amount of post-CD work they want to capture to meet their post Year 2000 goals.
