Personally, I think there are a few issues that need attention -- but they're relatively small. It IS a problem that a person can't move from plan to plan due to pre-existing conditions. This is an aspect of competition just like the sales from one state to another. I would have no problem with the federal government requiring every plan to accept all comers who meet the basic criteria of the plan. And their current health condition can't be one of those criteria.

Tort reform and state-state sales should be addressed. All this stuff is relatively easy and gets big bang for the buck.

Obamacare isn't about improving health care. It is a political bazooka that can be used to obtain a particular result. The liberals can hold it over our heads from now on if they get this passed.
